We are a radiologist-owned and operated practice composed of a group of multidisciplinary Board Certified radiologists. We offer high quality teleradiology and local radiologist staffing to medical facilities ranging from outpatient imaging centers and clinics with radiology equipment to hospitals and accountable care organizations (ACOs).
Since we started in 2010, we have sustained continuous growth due to increased demand for our services. This growth has been possible simply because of the quality of service that we provide and the care and passion we put in what we do. We have not lost any client based on bad service or complaints.
Our radiologists are carefully selected based on good scores, good training and/or good references. Our currently radiology group includes Board Certified sub-specialty trained radiologists in MRI/MSK, Neuroradiology, Body Imaging, Chest/Cardiac, Mammography, and also general radiologists. We are affiliated with Florida International University College of Medicine, where some of our radiologists are appointed as faculty.
We can either provide one or more radiologists to cover your center, provide all interpretation services via teleradiology, or a combination of both. For example, our best model of coverage for medium size or large clients is providing one or more general radiologist for onsite coverage and having the team of specialized radiologists cover the specialty reads (such as neuroradiology and musculoskeletal) via teleradiology.
With our centralized web-based PACS-RIS hosted at our secure datacenter server we provide a central platform for our radiologists to work. Our operations manager acts like an "air traffic controller", constantly monitoring the system, and assigning cases based on specialty, referring physician preference, and/or radiologist availability, in order to provide the best and fastest service possible.
Our turnaround time is less than 24 hours, typically the same day. We read the stats within one hour. All our radiologists are easy to contact through cell phone, or through our central telephone system, from which calls are re-routed into their workstations and/or cell phones.
Our web-based RIS-PACS system provides a cloud service where both our clients and the referring physicians can have access to the images and reports of their patients with any computer from their office or even a smartphone or tablet device.
Our technology exceeds all ACR, DICOM and HIPAA standards.
Our quality improvement protocols which include retrospective reviews (such as random report audits and participation in ACR RadPeer program) and Lean Process Improvement for workflow management, are aimed to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable and patient-centered care.
